Payment: Deposit must be paid by
due date on contract and balance must be paid in full 30 days prior
to departure date.

Cost Adjustments: Price is based
on information provided at time of contract and may change upon final
itinerary submission.

Itinerary: Final itinerary for multiple
day trips are due no less than three days prior to departure date.
We do not pick up groups from private residences.

Departure: Group to depart in a timely
fashion as stated on contract. Late departures are subject to additional
hourly charges, or will cut your planned trip short.

Liability for delays: Any extension
by fault of the group will result in additional charges. Group is
not responsible for additional time due to traffic or weather conditions.
The carrier will not be liable therefore additional costs such a as
meals, lodging and transportation will in this respect become the
responsibility of the chartering party.

Driver Requests: In event of request
for specific driver, Angelic Luxury Coach will attempt to honor clients'
wishes. A request however is not a guarantee.

Amenities: Ineffective amenities,
while rare do occur. Should a specific amenity be unavailable or inoperable,
Angelic Luxury Coach will not be liable for its availability or performance.

Damage to Equipment: Any damage to
equipment (seats, windows, etc.) which is caused by any member of
the chartering party, shall be the responsibility of the chartering
party. Clients will be charged for extensive cleaning that may be
needed after their trip.
